Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If Mailbots makes an error — a fulfillment mistake, a quality issue, or a delivery problem that is our fault — we will make it right. Contact support and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint, credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
No Refunds on Completed Orders
Because every order is custom-produced — written, printed, and mailed specifically for you — we cannot issue refunds on orders that have been completed as specified and approved. Once you have approved your digital proof and your order has been mailed, the order is considered complete.
This is why we require digital proof approval before production begins. Please review your proof carefully, including the content on both sides, recipient list format, and return address information.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before approving your proof for a full refund. Once proof approval is submitted, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If you have not yet approved your proof, contact us immediately at support@mailbots.net.
What Makes an Order Eligible for a Remedy
- The content does not match the approved proof
- Postcards were mailed to the wrong addresses
- Significant quality defects visible on the finished postcards
- Postcards were not mailed within the stated delivery window
