At Mailbots, we take pride in our service of printing handwritten mail. We do not offer refunds. Instead, we have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We stand behind the quality of our handwritten mail service. If you are not completely satisfied with the mail you receive, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include reprinting and resending the mail at no additional cost to you. However, please note that we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our service.

 

Delivery Policy
We ensure that your handwritten mail is processed and delivered promptly. Our delivery policy includes:

Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
We understand that changes may be necessary. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

If you need to make changes to your order after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we will put your account on hold and work with you to make the necessary changes. Please note that there may be charges incurred if part of the order was already printed or shipped at the time of your request.

If you decide to cancel your order after the 24-hour window and your order has already been partially processed, you may be subject to a restocking fee to cover the costs of materials and labor.

The restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of your order at the time of cancellation.

Any charges or restocking fees will be communicated to you and must be paid before we can process your cancellation request.
