Can you ship the cards to me so I can put stamps on them?

Yes, we can. If you’d like us to ship the postcards to you for stamping, email us at team@mailbots.net before placing your order. We’ll provide pricing based on the order size.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for large orders. For orders over 10,000 postcards, email team@mailbots.net for more details and pricing.

 

Do you offer exclusivity in markets?

No, we do not currently offer market exclusivity or market buy-outs.

 

How should I format my lists for upload when ordering?

Your lists should be uploaded in CSV or XLSX format. Use our provided list template to ensure your file is formatted correctly. This prevents delays and ensures accuracy. Remove unnecessary columns and duplicate addresses before uploading.

 

Is there a monthly subscription option?

Yes, we offer monthly subscription options. Depending on the subscription length, we may offer additional discounts. Email team@mailbots.net for more information.

 

What is the cost?

Our pricing for double-sided handwritten postcards is as follows: Orders over 5000: $1.10 per card. Orders over 1000: $1.20 per card. Orders below 1000: $1.35 per card. Minimum order: 200 cards.

 

What is the order process? How do I start an order?

  1. Place and pay for your order.

  2. After payment, you’ll be redirected to a page to input your postcard data and upload your list.

  3. Provide details like sender name, market phone number, return address, and message.

  4. Upload your properly formatted mailing list (matching our template exactly).

  5. A proof of your postcard will be sent for final approval before production begins.

 

When should I expect to receive calls?

Typically, responses begin 3–5 days after the mail drops. Per USPS, delivery times range from 2–9 days within the contiguous U.S., depending on the distance the mail is traveling.

 

Will I get to see my product before it ships? Do I get a proof?

Yes! After submitting your order, we will email you a proof showing the front and back of the postcard. Review the proof carefully to ensure all data is correct. This is your final chance to make changes before production begins.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our postcards are only mailed within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Can I write my own message?

Yes, you can create a custom message for your postcards. Messages typically range from 35–45 words, excluding the address line.

 

Do you offer branded handwritten mail?

No, we currently only offer unbranded handwritten postcards. This approach ensures a personal touch and sets us apart from the competition.

What if I don’t have a mailing list?

How long does production take?

Production time varies based on the order size but typically takes 3–5 business days after proof approval.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting your order.

Is my order dropped all at once or divided into weekly drops?

If your order is under 2,000 pieces, we typically send that in one drop.
Orders 2,000 - 4,000 pieces are split into two drops over 2 weeks.
Orders 4,000 - 6,000 pieces are split into three drops over 3 weeks.
Orders 6,000 - 10,000 pieces are split into four drops over 4 weeks.
